To ensure the safety and confidentiality of information on the Prescription Review system, registration requires the following steps:
For users linking existing PMP accounts, access to the query site will be immediate.
You’ll find a link to the Training Guide at the end of the Terms and Conditions. The Service Code needed to request the Prescription Review in SAW is found in the Training Guide.
For new users, upon successfully completing steps for Prescription Review account verification, you will receive e-mail notifications that include instructions for accessing the database. If your access request is not successful, you will be directed to contact WA Prescription Review program staff.
